While the city of Chicago isn’t holding fireworks on the Fourth this year, there will be plenty of other options, from the classic Navy Pier show to individual neighborhood displays. In fact, Chicago doesn’t just hold fireworks shows on Independence – Navy Pier displays are a regular summer celebration, with shows every Wednesday and Saturday from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Unsurprisingly, there are plenty of high rise buildings near Navy Pier that offer excellent views of the fireworks. For instance, several Streeterville towers have units that face Navy Pier, allowing residents to watch the fireworks from the comfort of their own home. The units that face north in the nearby Lake Point Tower are one of the options, and available units there range from $324,000 for a one-bedroom unit up to $1,150,000 for a two-bedroom, two-bath unit on the twenty-second floor.

The Lake Shore East Neighborhood also has several buildings with good views of the spectacle, including the forty-five story Regatta tower at 420 East Waterside Drive. Units in the Regatta start at $299,000 for a one-bedroom condo and top out at $2,350,000 for a three-bedroom, 2.5 bath unit on the thirty-ninth floor. This three-bedroom unit is listed at $950,000 and it offers excellent Navy Pier views.

Last but not least, several tiers in the Trump Tower have Navy Pier Fireworks views. There are currently thirty-two units listed for sale in the Trump, including #64C, a one-bedroom unit listed at $619,000 that faces east.
