Hoop it Up! Chicago Properties with Indoor Basketball Courts

With the start of the NBA playoffs, UrbanTurf decided it was time to feature properties in Chicago that come with their own basketball courts. Maybe it will give Derrick Rose, Carlos Boozer, and the rest of the Bulls a few ideas for a real estate purchase.

Located at 2856 North Hermitage Avenue (map), this mansion has about 10,000 interior square feet with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, and is listed for $4,495,000.

Of course, a true Bulls fan would want a place that was owned by one of the franchise’s legends, but current buyers are out of luck, because Scottie Pippen’s Highland Park home just sold for $1,600,000. Naturally, it has a regulation size basketball court with Pippen’s number (33) emblazoned on the floor.

If these properties are a little rich for your blood, there are number of condo and apartment complexes with shared indoor basketball courts in the city.
